Scraper/gipsy bread Ingredients:
– 1 kg flour
– 2 packets yeast powder
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 0,5 l water, milk
Make a cavity in the center of the flour, put the yeast powder, the salt, the water and the milk into it. Knead it, and let it stay for 10 minutes. Then knead it again. Roll the dough out until about 1 centimetres thick, then cut it into 4 parts. Bake it on the top of the cooker. Serve it with bacon, however the scraper is very tasty without bacon as well.
